The Administrative Department is responsible to provide the support services necessary for the County Engineer’s Department.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Department include, but are not limited to:

  • Human Resources Administration
  • Employee training and safety programs
  • Drug and alcohol training and testing
  • Benefits administration
  • Payroll
  • Procurement and processing invoices
  • Prevailing Wage Compliance
  • Contract Negotiations
  • Record Retention
  • Ohio Public Records Compliance
