The site is updated once daily. For confidentiality reasons, the dockets of some types of cases are not accessible over the internet.

Division: 		   Estates (PE), Trusts (PT), Wills Deposited for Safekeeping (WI), Name Changes (PB), Correction or Registration of Birth Records (PB), Marriage Licenses (MA), Weddings (WE), Minor Settlements (PK) and Miscellaneous Civil Cases (PC).
Juvenile
Division:		   Paternity Cases (PN, AD), Support Cases (SU), Custody & Visitation Cases (CU), and Interstate Compact Cases Support (UD).

Public information data is furnished by Geauga County Probate Juvenile Court from computerized records. The Official Record is kept on file in the Geauga County Probate Juvenile Court offices
