NEOCAP


NEOCAP (NorthEast Ohio Community Alternative Program) is a Community Based Corrections Facility (CBCF). NEOCAP serves Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Portage, and Trumbull Counties. NEOCAP’S mission is to provide a viable sentencing option to the Common Pleas Courts of the five member counties and protect the public safety by providing an intensive, highly structured treatment program in a secure facility. NEOCAP provides an environment where change through learning new behavior can occur to enable residents to return to their communities as productive members of society.

Adult Probation


The Adult Probation Department, is part of the General Division of the Court of Common Pleas. The Department works under the direction of the Common Pleas Judges. The Probation Department is charged with providing supervision of offenders in the community, as well as producing investigative reports for the court. The goal of the Department is to help insure a safer community through the diligent supervision of offenders.

Intensive Supervision Probation


Intensive supervision probation is a program that has requirements for more frequent contact with the probation officer. The program is directed toward those persons who require closer supervision.
