Department on Aging

Home Health Care provides a variety of services to clients in their home on a temporary and long-term basis.  These services could be paid for by Medicare, private insurances, state or federal programs, or on a private pay basis.  The services available include skilled nursing, home health care, homemakers, speech, occupational or physical therapy, respiratory therapy, nutritional counseling, infusion therapy, metal health services, social services, oncology, sitter companions, and home medical equipment.  Contact individual providers to identify the types of services available in Geauga County.  Your primary care physician, hospital discharge planners or health insurance providers may have a list of providers in addition to the agencies listed below.
